3.1 The following also apply to your purchase:
- Our Privacy Policy (how we use your personal data).
- Our Cookie Policy.
- Our Return & Refund Policy.
- Our Shipping Policy.
- Our Website Terms of Use.
- Your Status
4.1 By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You are at least 18 years old, or you have parental/guardian consent.
- You are a consumer purchasing for personal use, not for resale.
- The information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you are not impersonating another person.
4.2 Please notify us of changes to your personal information by updating your account or emailing support@aurivstore.com.
- How We Use Your Personal Information
5.1 We treat your personal information as confidential and process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Website and placing an order, you consent to this processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.
5.2 Payments are processed securely by our third‑party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
5.3 You authorise us and our processors to transmit and obtain information from third parties for fraud prevention, identity verification, and payment authorisation purposes.
- Protecting Your Security
6.1 We may perform security and anti‑fraud checks (including 3‑D Secure/SCA) and may contact you for additional verification.
6.2 If required, certain payment and order details may be checked with relevant agencies solely to confirm identity and prevent fraud. This is not a credit check and will not affect your credit rating.
6.3 We take internet fraud seriously and report suspected fraudulent transactions to the authorities.
- Our Products
7.1 Product images and descriptions: We strive for accuracy, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Minor variations may occur.
7.2 Availability: All orders are subject to availability. We may discontinue or modify Products at any time.
7.3 Personalised goods: If, in the future, we offer personalisation, please ensure all details are correct. Personalised goods may not be eligible for cancellation or return except for defects.
- Our Right to Make Changes
8.1 We may make minor changes to Products to reflect legal or safety requirements or to implement technical improvements; these will not materially affect use.
8.2 If we make a reasonable material change to the Products or these Terms of Sale, we will notify you. You may contact us to end the contract before the change takes effect and receive a refund for any Products paid for but not received.
- Our Contract With You
9.1 How to order: The Website guides you through checkout. You can review and amend your order before submission.
9.2 Order acknowledgment: After submitting an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgment. This is not acceptance.
9.3 Order acceptance and contract formation: Your order is accepted when we email you an Order Confirmation and/or a Shipping Confirmation. At that point, a binding contract is formed for the Products listed in that confirmation only.
9.4 If we cannot accept your order: We will notify you and refund any amounts paid as soon as reasonably possible (and in any case within 14 days). Reasons may include stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, or suspected fraud.
9.5 No changes after submission: Once submitted, orders generally cannot be changed. Please review carefully before confirming.
9.6 Not for resale: Purchases are for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend accounts where we suspect purchasing for resale or distribution.
- Delivery
10.1 Shipping costs: We offer Free Worldwide Shipping.
10.2 Processing time: Orders typically process within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
10.3 Estimated delivery times: Refer to our Shipping Policy for current regional estimates. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, local carrier performance, peak seasons, or events outside our control may cause delays.
10.4 Delivery address: Goods will be delivered to the address specified at checkout. If you are not at home, carriers may leave the goods in a safe place or attempt redelivery.
10.5 Failure to deliver on time: If we fail to deliver within an agreed timeframe, you may set a reasonable new deadline. If we still fail to deliver, you may end the contract and we will refund sums paid for undelivered goods and standard delivery (if paid). If cancelled goods are delivered, you must return them to us; we will bear the return cost in this specific scenario.
10.6 Risk and title: Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Title passes once we have received full payment.
10.7 Customs, duties, and taxes: International customers are the importer of record and are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. We are not responsible for customs delays or charges.
- Price and Payment
11.1 Prices: Unless otherwise stated, prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.
11.2 Payment methods: We accept major debit/credit cards and other methods shown at checkout (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay where available). Payment is authorised at checkout and charged upon dispatch/acceptance of your order.
11.3 Payment issues and reattempts: If a payment attempt fails, we may reattempt within 48 hours and notify you by email before any further reattempts. You may cancel your order to prevent reattempts.
11.4 Pricing errors: If a pricing error is discovered before acceptance, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price. We will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
11.5 Discounts and promo codes: Codes are subject to their specific terms (eligibility, duration, exclusions, minimum spend). If a code is used in breach of its terms, we may cancel the order or remove the discount.
- Referral Program (If Offered)
12.1 From time to time, we may run a referral program. Eligibility, restrictions, credit issuance, and exclusions will be stated on the Website. Referral credits (if any) are non‑transferable, non‑cash, and redeemable only at www.aurivstore.com. We may withdraw credits for misuse or suspected fraud.
- Your Rights to End the Contract
13.1 Your rights depend on what you purchased, whether something is wrong, how we are performing, and when you end the contract:
- If Products are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, see Section 16.
- If you end because of something we have done (or will do), see Section 13.2.
- If you change your mind, see Section 14.
- In other cases where we are not at fault and you have no statutory right to cancel, see Section 13.3.
13.2 Ending due to something we have done: You may end the contract and receive a full refund for any Products not provided if:
- We notify you of a material change to the Products or these Terms that you do not agree to (Section 8.2).
- We have told you about an error in price or description and you do not wish to proceed.
- There is a risk of significant delay due to events outside our control (Section 18).
- We suspend supply for technical reasons for more than 28 days.
- You have another legal right to end the contract (including late delivery after a final deadline you set, per Section 10.5).
13.3 Ending where we are not at fault and you have no right to change your mind: You can still end the contract before completion; we will refund for Products not provided, less reasonable costs incurred due to your cancellation where applicable.
- Cancelling and Returning Goods If You Change Your Mind
14.1 Statutory cooling‑off (UK/EU consumers): You have a 14‑day right to cancel from delivery of the goods (or last parcel for split deliveries). For services, the 14 days runs from our acceptance email. If services are completed within the 14-day period at your request, you may be charged for work done.
14.2 Auriv’s extended returns policy: We additionally offer a store policy of up to 30 calendar days from delivery for change-of-mind returns, provided items are in saleable condition: unopened, unused, with all original packaging and hygiene seals intact.
14.3 How to cancel/return: Follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy and contact us at support@aurivstore.com to obtain return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send returns to our UK office; returns are processed by our suppliers’ facilities.
14.4 Return shipping costs: For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy. We recommend a trackable service.
14.5 When you may lose the right to cancel:
- Personalised or custom-made goods.
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (this typically includes beauty, skincare, haircare, and personal care).
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
14.6 Refund timing and method: We will process refunds within 14 days of the earliest of: (a) receiving the returned goods, or (b) receiving evidence that you have sent the goods back, or (c) if the order has not been accepted or dispatched, the day you inform us of cancellation. Refunds use the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Delivery refunds are capped at the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
14.7 Deduction for diminished value: We may reduce refunds to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- Our Rights to End the Contract
15.1 We may end the contract by written notice if:
- You fail to pay when due and do not pay within 4 days after a reminder.
- You do not provide information necessary to supply the Products.
- You do not allow delivery or collection within a reasonable time.
15.2 If we end the contract for your breach, we will refund payments for Products not provided, less reasonable costs arising from your breach.
15.3 We may withdraw a Product. We will notify you and refund any sums paid for Products not provided.
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
16.1 Your legal rights: We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
16.2 Your remedies:
- 30‑day short‑term right to reject: From delivery, you have 30 days to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund (subject to perishability expectations).
- Repair or replacement: If you prefer, or if the short‑term right has expired, you can request a repair or replacement within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience.
- Final right to reject or price reduction: If repair or replacement is impossible or fails, you may keep the goods with a price reduction, or reject them for a refund.
16.3 Evidence and timing: You may be asked to provide evidence (e.g., photos, video) of defects/damage. Notifying us within 7 days of delivery for transit damage or incorrect items helps us resolve quickly, but your statutory rights are not affected.
16.4 Exclusions: You cannot claim if:
- We disclosed the defect before purchase and you bought with that knowledge.
- You used the goods for an unsuitable purpose we could not reasonably foresee.
- Damage resulted from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
16.5 Returns for faulty/incorrect goods: See our Return & Refund Policy for return steps. We will cover return shipping costs for verified faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
16.6 Refunds for faulty/incorrect goods: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our confirmation that you are entitled to a refund and will include the price paid and standard delivery costs, using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered by You
17.1 We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
17.2 We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract formation.
17.3 We supply goods for domestic and private use only. We are not liable for any business losses, including loss of profit, business, or opportunities.
17.4 We take reasonable care to keep order and payment details secure, but absent negligence we are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to data you provide.
- Events Outside of Our Control
18.1 We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., power/internet failures, strikes, civil unrest, fire, flood, pandemic, natural disasters, terrorism, war, governmental action).
18.2 If such an event occurs, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may end the contract and receive a refund for Products paid for but not received.
- We May Transfer These Terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Sale to another organisation. We will inform you, and the transfer will not affect your rights.
- You May Transfer Only With Our Consent
You may transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Sale only with our written agreement.
- No Third‑Party Rights
These Terms of Sale are between you and Auriv. No third party shall have rights to enforce them.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- No Waiver
Any delay or failure to enforce a right under these Terms of Sale does not waive that or any other right.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Northern Ireland or Scotland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
- Gift Vouchers (If Offered)
25.1 If Auriv gift cards/vouchers are offered, these Terms of Sale apply to their purchase and use.
25.2 Issuance and delivery: Gift vouchers are issued electronically via code to the purchaser’s email once payment is processed. Nothing physical is sent.
25.3 Currency and validity: Unless stated otherwise, vouchers are issued in GBP and are valid for 12 months from purchase.
25.4 Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed at checkout on www.aurivstore.com toward eligible products. Typically, one voucher per order. Vouchers cannot be used with other promo codes unless expressly permitted.
25.5 Restrictions: Not redeemable for cash; non‑transferable; no change given. Any unused balance remains on the voucher until expiry.
25.6 Loss/theft: Treat vouchers like cash. We may reissue only if not yet redeemed and with proof of purchase; the original voucher will be voided and original expiry applies.
25.7 Returns: If you paid using a voucher (in whole or part), refunds will be issued in the same form up to the amount originally paid by voucher.
25.8 Fraud: We may cancel orders, close accounts, and recover payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is used.
